Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Do not host for Dogvacay

Do not host for DogVacay. Paying for insurance only protects the dog owner and not the host. The dog can ruin my apartment and my belongings and it's "too bad, so sad". The owner never has to disclose if he/she has a problem dog or not, yet I am liable for everything. I dog sit for fun and to socialize my own dog. Dog sitting jobs can be found anywhere, and when done outside of dogvacay I am protected MORE because the owner is still liable.
