I would like these employees to treat their customers with respect.

An elderly lady needed help at the self check out.,No one was around, therefore, I helped her check out. When the employees showed up ( two were very young and rude). Their attitude spoke of annoyance. They gave us both demeaning looks and I told them one day they'd need help and it would do them well to be compassionate.
I later called to let the store know that I had left my own item behind but was faced with the fact that I was lying. Over $1.25? No. It's the principle. I tried explaining to the store's complaint dept. but I was given the run-around.

No restrooms for customers!

The store at 509 Brandon Boulevard refuses to allow customers to use the restroom. They lock the door and claim that the key has been stolen. When I had a candid discussion with one of the manager, she said that they don't allow customers to use the restroom because homeless people go in there and shower. It is wrong to refuse customers to use the restroom. Allow customers to use the restroom.
