I was on Douglas Water Authority's page to pay my bill. I went through and paid on Douglas water website. When i looked on my card statement it was Doxo Seattle Washington. Also they charged me 3.99 for paying my bill I have called, texted doxo. They said it would take 5 days to get money back on my card.It took 5 seconds for them to take money off my card for what I thought was water bill. Also Douglas water said they have ask Doxo to take down the website and they want Resolution Sought I need my money back on my card. Its a scam. I get 934.00 a month Ssi.I need my money.

Company states; Terrie made a payment using doxo to AARP-Memberships on 10/10/23 for $16.00. Upon researching this transaction, doxo has determined that the complainant, Terrie, has already been refunded the full amount of the transaction as of the same date of the original transaction and is in full receipt of the funds in question. The Complainant canceled the transaction immediately after scheduling it and was issued a full refund. This refund was issued a full month prior to the issuance of this complaint. doxo has issued a full refund of $16.00, comprising both the transaction amount and processing fee, back to the original payment instrument used to make the initial transaction. This refund was issued on 10/10/23 and successfully received by the complainant's Bank or Financial Institution.
