I reporting Edgepark Medical Supplies I am a type one diabetic and I get my medical supplies through them, and I get my medical supplies every month with them and every month I call for my supplies they tell me that they need my clinicals, but they told me they only need my clinical records every 6 months so when I called them today they said they needed my clinicals and I told them they asked for them last month and I told them my doctor had sent my clinicals to them in July that was was last visit to my primary care doctor, and that they had sent them in July and it hasn't been 6 months yet and why are they asking me for them my next clinicals should not be given to them until December of this year 2023, and I don't have anymore supplies and I'm tired of arguing with them about my clinicals and they sent me a letter apologizing to me the last time and they are putting my health and my life in jeopardy because of my Type one Diabetes I need my insulin supplies so I can live and I shouldn't have to have my life put in danger because of their negligence and I'm tired of speaking to people I can't understand because of their non English language and I shouldn't have to go through this every month and this is why I'm getting in touch with you all. Resolution Sought I want to speak with someone who speaks English who I can understand and I don't want to keep going through this every month about my insulin supplies that I have to have to live and to keep my diabetes good.

Every month they let me run out of colostomy supplies and crap all over myself. Call them they don't care they make me call one million times and make it out like I am crazy and that it's all my fault. I have my therapist that can tell them different this is very wrong what they are doing to me they can make someone else out to be a fool. Humana has made good money over the years off premiums paid ever month trying to find new insurance company tiered of dealing with them and colostomy company both. Resolution Sought Get my colostomy bags before my birthday and find new insurance company and colostomy supplies company.
