Orders 5 rose bushes. Only 1 grew! All planted the same day to their specifications. They refuse to replace bunk plants!
I have been happy with their roses in the past, so purchased again this spring. Over $130 of rose bushes and only one grew. It's beautiful. Four others look just like when they arrived. They are trying to blame me. If I didn't plant them correctly then why is one growing so well? Very poor customer service! Never again!

Roses shown on catalog are not the real thing when delivered.
Ordered 8 roses in Feb,2021 to be planted in March. It was disappointing, planta did not look healthy, but i figured I'll give them a chance. After 8 weeks on the ground only 4 survived and I called and talked to a sales person. She kept insisting on a credit for the 4, but I wanted a replacement for this year. They did replace them and these were in worse condition than the first order. I followed the planting instructions again, but after a month, only 1 had sprouts. Called again and l was asked to provide pictures of the dead ones(3). I was willing to send them back to them, but said no. I later get an email stating that their policy does not refund only give credit on next year purchases., except when the customer is given a replacement, then nothing. Customer BEWARE !Not everything you see in the catalog is real and then they'll send you horrible quality of plants, not worth the $25-29. Its better to buy at your local nursery where you can actually see the product. Very disappointing. These people shouldn't be in business.
