Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They definitely know what they're doing! We highly recommend their services.

We provide county based emergency services and Emergency Revenue Services, LLC does our billing. We use the ePCR system and they pull the reports directly from the system, generate the bill, and submit it to the insurance. They are always available to answer any questions or assist when necessary. We work closely with Mary or Bobby who are always friendly and always have the answers. The company definitely knows what they’re doing. We highly recommend their services.
