Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. awful

These people will scam you out of money. I have not used the equipment, and was told by them my account could not be approved. I have not once received a statement, breaking down the fees they have charged me. And I have gone to my bank and put a stop ACH request on the account. Every time I call they are unable to connect me with management, only a voicemail. It is a poor way to do business, and it's a shame.
