Of the complaints we have received against this company in at least some cases the complaint allegations are very serious.~Complainants allege misrepresentation and misleading sales tactics failure to issue refunds and difficulty cancelling services. Complainants allege the company contacts them claiming to be representatives of the venue or booking agents for upcoming events claiming hotel accommodations are unavailable or they can obtain room discounts by booking with the representative. Consumer’s later find out the company has no affiliation with the event and obtaining refunds is difficult as the company charges a cancellation fee of 25%.~~

Exhibitors Housing Services contacts attendees and vendors for upcoming conferences exhibits tradeshows and similar events misrepresenting themselves as the designated hotel coordinator approved booking agent employees of the venue or some other entity with authorization to book hotel reservations. They promise to book rooms at discounted rates and provide transportation accommodations to and from the event and stress that since there is limited availability for the rooms they must book immediately by signing signature and payment authorization forms sent by email. Complainant’s later find out the company has no affiliation with the event hotels or anyone associated with the venue. When they attempt to cancel the company imposes a 25% cancellation fee and refuses full refunds.
