THANKS TO BCA FINDERS KEEPERS CAME THROUGH...

As stated registering my complaint with BCA helped Finders Keepers come through
Since I left messages and the company did not get back to me-that is when I notified BCA
The original order was for three titles...One of the titles was no longer in stock and my money was refunded-no complaint there
I asked for a specific title (out of a series) a different title was shipped...

Lastly, GOT a title that I originally asked for

MANY THANKS BCA COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT YOU!!!

Quick Turnaround

Placed my order on Friday and received the merchandise on Monday. I purchased two books and two DVDs. They were packaged very well to ensure post office did not damage them. Also came with extra pieces of candy. One of the DVD cases was slightly cracked on the corner but considering the same DVD was available from Amazon.com for ten times as much as I paid, I have no complaints. Was shocked to receive the order this fast. For once a company was faster delivering than Amazon!
