Zero stars for a dog bed

I bought a dog bed on December 23rd 2017 and on February 21st I messaged them on what the status is on the dog bed. They told me that I will have it in the next 3-4 weeks since there was a shortage on them. Well it's been 4 weeks and still no dog bed. I went to message them and my message wouldn't deliver and there is no phone number or address. This has me mad as hell. I want my money back now!!!!!!

SCAM BUSINESS

On December 25, 2017 I placed an order for a FREE dog bed, postage only due at $4.99.

On 1/10/2018, I contacted Flip the Trend via email to be told that there was a 'stock issue' and that I could receive a refund or wait another one to two weeks. I opted to wait.

On 2/1/2018 I was told that my order was in transit and I would receive it the second week of February. On 2/17/2018 I was notified that a refund would be issued but it would take 10-14 days for that to happen.

I do not understand why it will take so long to get the refund. My bank account was debited instantly by these people, seems they can return the money faster than 10-14 days.

There needs to be criminal charges filed against them for all of the money they have gotten from people. That in my book is theft.
