Would give zero stars if possible

Avoid this company. I placed an order almost a month ago,and have received nothing but grief. My money is gone, but my order was never mailed. Their phone number is out of service. They don't respond to emails. They have a Facebook page and it's loaded with complaints from others like me that were scammed. PayPal won't process my refund yet because a shipping label was created. USPS tracking shows that the package was never mailed. I've given up hope of ever seeing my money or the item that I ordered. I will, however, continue to spread the word about the shady practices and horrible customer service from this company.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have encouraged others to do the same. This company needs to honor their commitments or start issuing refunds to their customers.
