HORRIBLE COMPANY

HORRIBLE COMPANY, IF YOU CAN EVEN CALL THEM SUCH. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO SPELL CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DONT ANSWER EMAILS OR CALLS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEAR. DO NOT BUY A PACK OF GUM FROM THESE CLOWNS.

Outstanding response

My complaint was resolved, however BCA’s response was prompt. Very user friendly website to file a complaint.
