Possibly close them down until the employees are retrained in sensitivity

I was at the forever 21 store on Lincoln Road , Miami Beach Florida , last night November 25th 2016 . Yesterday was my birthday. A friend of mine had planned on taking me shopping for my birthday .That particular store has 3 floors , one elevator, a set of stairs from the 2nd to the 3rd floor . But not from the first to the 2nd floor . And one set of escalators . I didn't know that the elevator was not working last night, until I went to head from 3 to 1 , then I noticed the sign on the elevator. So that's when I found out the stair issue . That left only the escalator from the 2nd floor down to the 1st floor . My problem with that is i have a overwhelming fear of escalators that are in the down position . I had to stay upstairs for at least 20 minutes waiting for someone to keep me calm enough to get down the escalator with them. No employees helped by turning off the escalator. Now suppose there was a fire, or something on the 2nd floor . Or suppose I hurt or killed myself trying to get down the escalator. Or suppose I was in a wheelchair , and wouldn't have been able to get upstairs in the first place given the broken down elevator . After I left , I seen 2 people in wheelchairs outside of forever 21 that wouldn't have been able to get upstairs to shop if
