Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Totally unacceptable lack of support in today's marketplace

It would seem to me if a company was governed by rules and guidelines of the State and Federal Laws that somethings just wouldn't happen. Two years ago I decided to do business with a insurance company close to me. I pay every quarter and every quarter I have to look up the company and ask them why they don't send me a bill. A bill to remind me that my insurance is due! Something to refer back to. Not only do they not send out statements they don't provide them online or anywhere else. I also can't get them to send me a insurance card! Really why can't they send out a card when you buy insurance? Not once have they sent it on there own. Also a girl hit my car in the parking lot and Fred Loya just pad them off. They never looked into what really happened but instead the adjuster told me it was easier to pay and get rid of it. Bad, bad business pratices. I have now had enough but because they don't do proper paperwork with the state it looks as though I don't have insurance. My gosh this is awe full
