Still checking....advertised price!

1. I bought the SIM card to use a service advertised for my specific zip code. Upon ordering & receiving my SIM card that offer was not available in my account. But a higher price was. I am hoping this is not false advertising. Now I am trying to call the corporate office but they don't take calls. Not sure what to do. ----------------------------- 2. I just called again & I was giving an answer regarding my concern. They suggested I finish my free trial period & then downgrade to the original advertised price. I got an email to confirm that I qualify for that price. But I have to call them to get it ... I cannot do it on my own in my account. Seems inconvenient to have to call. So if they don't abide by the advertised price after my trial period I will report here.
