Dealer sold us a used car said it was certified pre-owned had all it's maintenance done cars been in shop 3x for same issues of transmission clonk sound. Sold us an extended warranty that is worthless when your car is in the shop 2 weeks prior to them looking at it by the time you get your vehicle you upwards of 5 to 700 dollars on rentals. This last time service advisor Greg Johnson stated to us that we bought the car it's our problem now.so why did I even get an extended warranty for?I buy a car with a warranty it continues to their problem so long as I have a warranty. Resolution Sought Fix my car and quit lollygagging around the problem without taking two weeks before looking at it
