Someone needs to actually do something about them and checks their business out. It's definitely a scam.

Ordered flowers on line through company for same day delivery. Paid extra for Same day. I ordered flowers at 11:24am on 03/23/24 at 12:22pm email stating flowers delivered. They wasn't. Called from you flowers and they tried to fix problem but didn't. Said by 6pm instead of 4pm. I said ok. 6pm still no delivery. I checked Google for flower shops in area and they all closed or closed by 2pm. I called from you flowers back to get a refund and they kept trying to ignore my request and say they will deliver them tomorrow, unfortunately for them I already checked and no flower shops open in FL area til Monday. So another lie. Still tried to get me to not get a refund and accept 25 off. I laughed I got lied to all day by them. Then it reminded me of last time I ordered flowers years ago and same outcome. Come to find out same business. So can only imagine how many people have been robbed.

They gave me a refund but wanted to report them for lousy service.

2nd time this company has dropped the ball. 1st was a Birthday that was a weekend late, 2nd was a funeral that I paid expedited fees for and was told they would be delivered by 5 pm or on Monday. FUNERAL WAS AT 1:00PM ON3/27/2021,,,, NOT ACCEPTABLE.
