Very poor customer service!

I currently lease a vehicle from Garnet Ford. The vehicle had a lot of problems and the engine on the truck has never been fixed yet. I texted the salesman to try and trade the vehicle in for a new one and they told me they will not sell me a car and to go somewhere else and buy one. My desired outcome is that they stop treating customers with car problems like trash. I feel very disrespected and feel like I was treated like garbage all because I wanted what I paid for to work.
