Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Scam Beware

Sunny Chae stole so much money from me. I am a single mother and she convinced me to spend money on photos, classes, attend an event that was trashy called world wide star search, and then had us donate to her company charity that she runs. Every business she runs is a scam and she will take money from children and their parents. A manager should never make any money off of you, and even if they say this is so you can be booked, they should be referring you to a legitamate photographer or classes or even charities that they are not affiliated with, they should not be making a profit from you. Do not give this company and woman your money it wont beneft you.
