Shady business

They have different prices depending on when/where you buy something . They have an add on shop and artisan shop.in the add on shop it's usually around 20% off some items but can only purchase from 1-10th of the month. Oh and if you don't check out everything in your cart will be charged after that 10th of the month. In the artisan shop you can use a code for 20% (For members only)the whole site is for members only!! but you can not combine any other offers with it. Like right now they are having a promotion spend $150 get a $35 gift card to use next month... catch is you have to pay full price no 20% off . You can not even look or buy unless you are a member. I tried to purchase $180 worth of stuff that with the code would knock it down to $150 to receive the gift card but no it won't even let me put the code in because once your cart hits over $150 it automatically adds the gift card promotion which makes it impossible to remove to add code. Emailing them gives you automatic reply saying they will respond soon. When they finally do respond it just a bunch of copy and paste responses never really responding or helping. They don't care about customers which makes me think they don't care about artisan either. They have a Facebook group dedicated to members called mavens of globein. The admins will not approve any post that portrayes the company in a bad light. Beware of this company they will take your money upfront and if your lucky you will get a few items way past shipment standards. No actual real customer support. And any promotions are of inflated prices . I've earned points which I can redeem for money off I have two $5 Off codes but I can't combine it again with my members only code (Shopfair). They only have free shipping if you spend $25 or $50 so if your trying to buy one of the few items they have for cheap to use the $5 off on a full priced item they are gonna charge $6 for shipping. You lose either way.
