Mail Reward debit card everytime tell me activate card zero dollars on card. I have talked Representative Steve and Nelson. I talked Nelson on Friday July 28, 2023 matter not dissolved. Very frustrating. Cannot get debit card correct seen me a check. Debit card expires in 8/23 case #CS39188 Resolution Sought Send me another card rebate money or mail me a check.

I took my Car here because my breaks were squeaking, the guy told me my back breaks were good but I needed my front breaks done. I bought the parts and let him do them butbthey were still squeaking. I took my car back to him and he said that it was my back breaks that needed done so again I purchased pads for my back breaks and let him do them but they were still squeaking. I took my car back to him a third time and he drove around and said he didn't the squeaking and asked me wasbI sure they were sqeaking, I assured him they were and he told me that my breaks were good and unless he heard them speak he couldn't help me. I drove around for a whole week with my breaks squeaking and went back to this guy at least 5 times with no help until I finally was able to let him hear the breaks squeak it was then they decided to take my tie off and check it out. The guy working on my car said it was my rotary and when he replace my break pads they were still good so I didn't understand if they knew my pads were good and the rotary was bad why put good pads on a bad rotary. I ended up taking my car to another shop and paying 300.00 to have my rotary done which I would have done in the first place if these guys had taken the time to look at my car instead of giving me a misdiagnosis twice. Resolution Sought 160.00 because I paid 30.00 each time for parts and gave 55.00 plus a 5 dollar time tip both times.
