I got scammed into thinking I had gotten a job from this business.

I called from the newspaper add about a job and I was sent to 10517 Burbank Blvd. I went to my appointment, a woman named Joy told me that I didn't need any experience and that they'll train me once I get hired. I took a small sample test and failed it. The woman named Joy was the one that gave me the test and was the one interviewing me. She said I was still able to get hired, even though I failed the test. She told me these jobs were guaranteed. She told me to pick 10 job positions, that I desired from her list of job positions. She told me to pick 10, so she can find available positions out of the list around my local area. So I did as she asked. After my appointment was over, she told me to buy a study test booklet, so i can study and pass the test again when I re-take the test. She told me to call her back, when I receive the book. I did as she asked. The booklet was 70 dollars and there was a 10 dollar fee for a background check. So I received the test booklet by mail a few days later. I called her, and she told me that I shouldn't waste too much time studying and that I had the job waiting for me. I studied it. I called back about four days later, which was on a Wednesday. I was telling her that I am ready to re-take the test. Then she tells me to call back on Friday. So I called her back. She gave me a number to call. That number was her secretary's office. I was asked to give her four cities that I desired to work in and from there, she'll mail me the job information about the job position that I had chosen. A week later, i received the mail. It turns out, it wasn't the job information. It turned out to be a list of websites for people seeking employment. It had nothing to do with the job positions nor the cities. Some of the websites did not work. As for the legit websites, non of them had applications for the job positions I had picked. There was obviously no job waiting for me. I called back asking for my money back, she said I had to be hired by a job from the website and If I fail the test, I'll get my money back. She said I had to find jobs from the website. She never mentioned this to me during my appointment nor during the phone call. What job? She said there was a job waiting for me. Even at the appointment, she mentioned the jobs were a guarantee more than twice. There wasn't any job waiting for me after all. She then insisted for me to go the library and use the computer over there, and ask for help on applying for jobs through the websites she provided me even though I told her I had my own computer. Doesn't make sense... She scammed me out of my money which was about 80 dollars.
