Never buy from this company

I purchased 3 bundles of hair which took about a month to get to me. When I inquired about my hair through their website and it's progress I got no response. I emailed the company twice and no response. They are very unprofessional and slow with their orders. Not only that but the hair sucks. This "virgin" hair compared to other virgin hair I've had in the past is more like Remy hair. You can tell the difference for sure. It's too shiny and has a different texture to it. Even my stylist told me that this hair is not 100% virgin hair. You can see and feel the difference. I would not recommend this company to anyone because not only will you be waiting forever to get your hair you will also experience bad customer service and the product you think you're ordering will not be the product you will receive. If you follow them on Instagram please do not believe the hype. She deletes all the negative comments and the comments like this one that is only telling the truth. I commented once about the status and my unsatisfactory with their progress and the way the conduct business through their website and sure enough 3mins later it was deleted. This company is a joke

Horrible customer service. Will never order again.

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. They gave me the wrong hair and won't return my phone calls. The price was reasonable only because every bundle is smaller than the actual size compared to other hair companies. I waited 3 weeks to get the hair and now all these issues. In all it has been about 6 weeks of ordering. Initially I ordered 2 packs only to find out their bundles were tiny. That took three weeks to get and then I ordered two more that took another 3 weeks. And they gave me the wrong hair. I will never order from them again. I recommend anyone who likes quality and good customer service not to order from them either. And they deleted and blocked me on instagram when I commented on a pic regarding my order politely. I only asked if there was a way i can speak to someone directly about my order and they blocked me.
