I visit Harry's carry's restaurant Navy Pier Chicago Illinois on Friday, July 8, 2020 I had very poor customer service from the waitress that was there It was three guest there with me , The waitress added all of our bills together we asked her if she could break our bills into three separate bills she overcharge my order from 36.95 to 49.64 She yelled at us and said she would take care of the bill. I asked to speak to the manager they said she was not available at the time I called on Sunday, July 10 at around 6:00 PM I spoke with a manager again that that manager was very nasty and unprofessional she itemize of the bills and told me that since it was three of us she had to put everybody's tax on my credit card when the waitress told us she would itemize our bill with the taxes. I'm requesting for a refund back from Harry's carries restaurant of $12.69 I have called and cancel my credit card but they have already charged my credit card for other peoples orders taxes on my credit card can you please call me so let me know the next steps of contacting corporate office thank you Resolution Sought Request for my total bill back because of The nasty unprofessionalism Customer Service from the waitress and the manager are requesting my full check back
