Complaint resolved. Satisfied completely. Hassan did the right thing which I think is rare these days

Mr . Hassan met me in person , apologized , explained , and refunded my money. Couldn't be happier. I had never heard of BCA before this and aw wowed by the results. Honestly was just looking for places to vent my frustration and never really expected them to
