This magazine keeps harassing & threatening me to pay them for cancelling my subscription.... I would never have subscribed to them if I was told I would have to pay them to cancel my subscription Resolution Sought can you help them understand this and cancel this subscription

El Decor magazine which is published by Hearst keeps sending me bill for an automated subscription. The agreement it states one can cancel at any time by email. I have done this numerous times and they keep sending me a bill. Resolution Sought I would like to make sure that they have not compromise my good credit standing and that they seize to send these unfounded bills.

This Office represents The Hearst Corporation and your email of June 12, 2022 concerning the subscription of customer to Elle Decor magazine, which is published by Hearst Magazines, has been referred to me for reply. Please be advised that the auto renewal subscription that was entered for this account was cancelled on May 9, 2022. Customer may disregard any further invoices that she may receive. Her name and address have been removed from our promotional mailing lists and her credit rating will not be affected. We apologize for the inconvenience.
