Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Terrible customer service

Purchased 55” TV through website Screen began to fail after 2 weeks so I want to return Web site says online sales can be returned to ANY HH Gregg store Took TV to store & they refused to accept it. Said I had to Web Services Called Web Services. Finally got an operator after waiting over 30 minutes Web Services told me to take TV back to store for my refund Finally had to get a district manager on the line to tell local store manager to take TV back 2nd trip in 2 days to return. 3 hours of time plus gas and tolls for each trip Store manager “stepped out for a few minutes” when I arrived and never did show up to speak with me Sales associate was very unfriendly when she finally did fill out papers for the return No apologies or compensation for the hassle
