Dealing with Hollywood Hair Bar

My package from Hollywood arrived broken. I sent them a picture of the oil inside of the packaging. They insisted on more pictures to replace the bottle. which I provided. They Make it difficult to reach customer service. I had to file 2 complaints before they would replace the bottle. If you order from them make sure not to use a debit card but a credit card so that you can get your money back in case of a problem.
