This review is based on my experience when ordering online. I bought a pair of small hoops and one large hoop along with a dvd. I didn´t receive a tracking number until 2 weeks later when I emailed them (forgot about calling and talking to a real person, the message on the phone just refers you to their website). When my order arrived 10 days after I emailed them, the large hoop was not in the box. The large hoop was on the invoice, but no physical hoop. So I email them again, they say they´re sorry and will send my hoop between July 8-12. After July 12 I emailed them again to say I have not received a tracking number, they emailed me back today Jul 16 w a tracking number. They did not offer to 2 day ship it so I´m sure it´s gonna take another 10 days to get here. I´m sure they´re good at hooping, but they really don´t know anything about organizing a business or customer service. Unprofessional.
