Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I have had the pleasure of working with Ronnie for the past 3 years. He is very pleasant, and made myself and my husband feel at ease. It's a stressful thing when it comes to taxes! He assured us that we were in good hands and he was going to take great care of us, and he did!! I would recommend him to any of my family and friends.
