Provide a valid number for customers

They do not offer the option to speak with a live person and their chat bots are not effective

Happy that Hotels.com did the right thing.

I had an issue with a hotel property that is listed on Hotels.com. The property would not own up to their fraudulent activity, but Hotels.com did eventually offer to make the situation right. I've been using the site for years and due to them working to correct the issue, I will continue to do business with them. I'm happy that they eventually did the right thing.
