    Thank you for finding the problem and fixing it

    Hughesnet is a good company when you get the right person to assist you.
    After several attempts to get a customer service person to actually listen, they found the problem and finally came to a good resolution.
    In my opinion, it would help to have better communication skills and not so many language barriers.

    Any company that sells a service with a cancellation penalty should be required to have a trial period.

    This is a general complaint nothing need be done for me. Any company that sells a service with a cancellation penalty should be required to have a trial period. HughsNet has a two year contract with a $400 early cancellation penalty. My service was very poor and after about 3 weeks I requested to cancel as the installer told me that I had 30 days to do. The person on the phone did agree not to charge me after I got loud. I need nothing from you for myself but this should not happen to anyone. I will do like all companies with services to be required to offer a trial period. Consumers need help.

    Worst service ever

    Hughes net is the worst internet and phone service ever. From day one phone dropped calls and had so much noise on it. The Internet was so slow was told to buy a better package and it would be faster. Wrong! Just charged more money. Customer Service would just hang up on you. If you think you can resolve anything by calling you want. If you have a problem they tell you to go to the customer forum or whatever they call it and other customers that have had the problem can help. If you want a mailed bill wrong they do not bill. All they do is debit your bank account. Whether you have service or not.

    Internet service

    Our internet service never works and we call to find out why it ends up costing us more money. We are under contract and they will not let us out of it unless we pay more money. So now we are stuck paying for two internet services, one we use and the other we don't just waiting for the contract to expire.
