I bought a $25 gift card @ my local "Family Dollar" store , & paid a $4 fee @ the cash register. I even started an on-line acct. w/them . I have not tried to use this gift card in person yet . I can't get through to them on-line, even to find out my balance. I have talked to 5 CSR reps. , & they're trying to get my personal banking info. which I'm not giving them. I'm just going to try the card @ the same store, & buy groceries. Resolution Sought If this card doesn't work @ the register of Family Dollar, I want a refund.

I bought a vanilla gift card approximately 8 months ago and the money was stolen off the card by someone of another country. I gave the company all the information they wanted and they gave me one card back for $50 and I had another card for $100 they refused to give that one because they said I took too long to find out information about it. I did not forget about it they just didn't put it in their dispute case I had two cards two dispute cases one for 50 and one for $100 I want my other hundred or get these people closed down. Resolution Sought I would like you to contact this company and get my money back because they gave one back and why wouldn't they give the other back they said it took too long when my fault it took so long I'm really pissed at this company.
