Scammers!!! CROOKS!!!

My experience has been the exact same as everyone else on here. Got grinder discs and bits to try both garbage!! Then can't get ahold of anyone to get a return address because they don't send one with there garbage they send you in a box with no packing just crap thrown in a box. Then call from different numbers so you can't block them. Bully and harass you. They are not professional at all they swear and talk like they're thugs on the streets of LA. Just stay away from anyone selling you stuff over the phone you don't know what garbage you'll get.

SCAM - dont sent them a DIME!

I consider myself a pretty savvy consumer, but I too fell for the scam listed in the previous reviews. Hard to imagine a company like this can exist in today's world, were social media should alert ALL to these extorsion practices. Same thing happen to me you have read above. Sales calls like you have an account with them, tells you they have a number of free gifts to send, and want you to try out these amazing drill bits. Life Time warranty, Never overheat. They will drill through anything. I too was guilty of just 'getting them off the phone', and a few weeks later I had a box sitting in my garage my wife said had just come. After opening it, i couldn't find any information about the bits - they were just dropped in a box without any packaging. No literature. No return shipping. No certification about the life-time warranty, that the sales agent said - anything happens at all, just send it back, and we send you a brand new one! Now they say i owe $399 for a set of bits i found on amazon for under $100. For me it is not about the money, it is 100% about being scammed, and knowing it is happening to others that may not be in the position I am in to either pay for it, or as I am going to do, turn this over to my attorneys. I will likely pay my attorneys 2 or 3 times the cost Inland Empire Industrial supply was trying to extort, but at least i will be able to sleep well knowing i might be able to prevent them from running this scam on others. I have been in business for over 30 years, and this is the first i have ever gone to this type of forum. This company needs to be stopped. The 'sales agents' they employ, or i should say first 'con artist', then' bullies' they employ are as bad as those pathetic school yard bully, that takes the smaller kids lunch money. Truly pathetic. If you work for Inland Empire Industrial Tool, and are a good person, speak out, or leave. I am convinced some work there because they get off on being 'phone call bullies' - which is the sign of a true coward! ALL speak out and stop this deplorable company from being able to scam any more people.
