Sell coffee during this time 7am -4 pm

Apparently, the has station attendant inside the convenience store is open but he's refusing to sell coffee during the 7am 4pm shift. He doesn't give an answer to my question about the selling the coffee. He just keeps stating he's not going to make the coffee! Do until he does, I am protesting the gas station convenient store inside! I will not purchase anything from the gas station and I will pass the information onto the friends I know!
