I asked for the contact info for the Sr. VP Customer Service and was told it would take 10-14 days to provide to provide....
I assumed Chase was reputable. I had simple request. The handling of that request was so poor that I wanted to elevate.That didn't work either. So I asked for the contact info of the Sr. VP Customer Service. I followed up twice more and finally got an answer that it would take10-14 days to provide that information. I realized the inmates were running the prison and there Jaime D et al had no control and the culture was scary. What if I had a real problem and was trying to resolve a fraud case. So I looked. I want to be clear. I don't know the validity of this info. But Google Search yielded that JPMorgan Chase Bank had a Rating = D,,,, had a Complaint Resolution Rate of 1% (not 99%),,,,, and had a 1.7 rating out of 5 max. That's when reality set in. I need to find a reputable Credit Card Company that cares about their Customers,

What a poor service , unacceptable and a disgrace.
Tried calling to solve a fraud Jul 25 started to seek assistance 11:57am still at 4:10pm not able to get help. First call 129 mins 17 seconds supervisor Ana transferred to fraud dept and then dropped the call. Called again after waiting for almost 40 minutes agent Tatiana dropped the call saying she could hear me. third attempt 1 hour 25 minutes still holding after speaking to agents Steve and Hanna they keep on bouncing me to the main line. What a poor service , unacceptable and a disgrace. Relate to customer service manager - and VP of customer relations
