Provide public restroom for customers.

Is bogus that there are no public restrooms for clients to use, I've been here for an hour because it's so busy and we have a 3 year old and 5 year old with use they both need to use the bathroom and now I've been waiting to get helped and now have to leave to use a bathroom...so stupid and a waste of my time.

Summit Plaza Chase branch has sloppy management

On 10/5/22 I requested two Certified Checks . I presented picture ID, and my Chase credit card. The Chase associate required cell phone conformation. I did not have my cell phone. The associate denied my request for checks and said " You should go to your branch where someone knows you," The next day I had to spend an additional 45+ minutes and a 19 mile drive to get the checks at another branch. The 3920 Summit Plaza Chase branch has sloppy management that potentially puts customers accounts at risk
