The company really should be shut down until the place is cleaned and the tools are cleaned. There should also not be any smoking allowed.

Today May 9th I went to J's nails to get a manicure, I went right when they opened at 9:35am. I sat in the chair and the girl started to do my nails, with the manicure that I get it is called ANC which is a powder so in order to get them redone they use a machine that spins really fast to file the nails down quick. While the girl was doing this she looked away and lost control of the machine and it went completely around my whole thumb, from one side of the nail to the other side of the nail. When I looked to see what happened the girl had blood on her shirt, on the machine and on the table. They did not clean the machine off, a lady walked in after everything happened and they started to use the same machine with my blood on it on her. I quickly told her what had happened and she told them that she didn't want them to use the same tool since it wasn't cleaned yet, they then looked at her and laughed and said oh it was cleaned. The tool was not cleaned because it was in the same place that she put it down at when she cut open my finger. After the service was done I went to the local firehouse because my boyfriend is an EMT and he looked at it and it was only a few cm away from needing stitches. They made me pay for the service $35, after I told my friends mom she went back and got my money refunded. This is not the first time something has happened at this nail place, people smoke inside and do not clean the tools the way they should be cleaned.
