BAD CARS BAD SERVICE BAD BUISNESS BAD ARROGANT SELFISH PEOPLE

RIPOFF, FRAUD, SCAM ARTISTS. Paul is as arrogant as I’ve seen and his company sold me a truck that had a lot of problems. He promised me the truck would be fixed and he would make me happy and extend a warranty again after it was returned or a full refund of "ALL" the money that I put in it would be given. I had the truck 23 days and he has had the truck ever since it broke under warranty. Would not tell me were it was would not give me the list of things wrong with it. Countless attempts to contact him and he will not reply to anything with the facts in it. it is now almost 60 days since he took my truck TO REPAIR IT and I still have no paperwork stating that this truck is unsellable and what the reasons were for him not abiding by the contract. The 1500 down payment was delivered to me 04-19-2013. This is 33 days after it broke and the check was dated 04-12-2013. He has stated that the check had been sent out since approximately 03-24-2013. All lies. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HIM. he owes me a lot more money and at one point agreed on giving me the 2,300 I put into it and documents on the truck, he never has sent me one thing of paperwork and with that paper I would have let it all go for peace of mind and 2,300 which is 300 less than I spent on it. On my way to court now soon. Please for your sake never trust this company. ALSO SOMEHOW HE GOT THE FINANCE COMPANY TO DROP ME AS A CLIENT AFTER ALREADY BEING APROVED FULLY. I tried paying my payment and they said they couldn't take it yet they would call me in a couple of days on 04-02-2013. Two weeks later I got a letter stating that the debt was back to junco motors and not in there hands anymore. Very shady. Guess when the letter was written. 04-02-2013.
