Good customer service
I had been backing up with Justcloud for a year on my unlimited account with little-to-no problems whatsoever. I found out a short while ago that some add-on products had been put in place that I needed to have in order to keep storing my files. When I contacted the company they replied straight away giving me the add-ons I needed free of charge because I was an existing customer. This was the only downside, as it isn't clear if I will one day be paying for them. I have alot of devices and one of the major contributing factors was supported operating systems. The only devices I don't own that they support are windows phones. The iPad and Android apps came out in the middle of last year along with linux support as well. No other backup provider had all of this at the time. My only concern is the speed of upload. It does seem a little sluggish, but it isn't an issue anymore as most of my data is backed up so only the changing bits of files are updated. (comcast upload speed > 0.9mbps) Everything is so nice and easy to use, app and website. My family have become used to accessing our network full of data wherever they are. Justcloud seem to be releasing new features still and also update their applications regularly which is a good sign, many of these cheap providers tend to disappear or get bought out after a time and left not updated.

Glad to hear you are enjoying the service Jay. We are constantly working on improving the speed of backup, as you have mentioned though once your initial backup is complete future backups take minutes if not seconds.
