Price gouging.

My complaint is the additional fees this business is charging a $2.00 fee for each service they do saying is a covid19 personal care kit? They claim a contract was signed? Nothing was signed before the service. People can barley pay their bills and they have the nerve to charge these extra unnecessary fees for both patrons. Weren't they given funds to keep their business afloat during covid19? We had our own masks. I still don't see what this fee is for? Eyebrow waxing 11.00 plus 2.00 fee. Something needs to be done. Stop charging this unnecessary fee. No other nail salon does why should they? They already don't pay taxes so they should have plenty if money to buy covid19 supplies. This is price gouging.
