I hired this law firm that said they would represent my case and fight for me. Instead I was given Hannah who took a plea without even talking to me and explaining the options. I called twice the week before asking for a return call and did not get one. I sent an email and was told she would email me back but never did. Because of this firm I cannot afford another attorney and am in distress and dealing with a misrepresented case from the prosecutor who does not even have correct facts. I would like to see this resolved, my money returned to get a better attorney or a different case outcome. Resolution Sought I would like a refund or a more experienced attorney who will actually fight for the truth about my case and the flaws of the prosecutor.

Therefore, we are legally and ethically prevented from responding to this, or any other, claim that may be filed against our firm. Finally, Kirsch Leach & Associates PLLC was dissolved in 2018 and does not exist. Any complaints filed to that firm are null and void.
