Employees are not trained for CPR/First Aid.

My Nephew, A. Trinidad was working out at La Fitness Puyallup 10515 156 St., E Puyallup WA 98373 on March 18th he went into cardiac arrest. Not one of the employees assisted with CPR first aid or used the defibrillator he was resuscitated my his family member and fiends that was working out with them. Apparently none of the worker there offered assistance. If it wasn't for the janitor cousin and his friends that was working out there he would not be here with us today. He endured a week in the hospital and had a heart surgery and is now stable. My concern is this might happen to others and there is no plan of action to assist others. I truly that his condition would have been a lot better had the staff of La Fitness acted with what they have been trained to do in this situation. More training and handling in future situations like this.

Put on watch or investigated.

I believe the La Fitness located in Allen Park is running a scam ring. I signed up for a guest pass online and was ready to go. When I walked in a kind lady assisted me and than a man came up to me. He sat me down and it was kind of odd for me to be consulted for a guest pass to check the place out. He started acting unprofessional used vulgar language which added to his suspicious character. I noticed his actions very quickly he must of thought because I was in a office environment that everything he said was valid. He brought up how he needs my checking account which made me more suspicious.
