Might be a scam

This place is a residential located at 3156 Esplanade Space 239 Chico ca 95973 (530)893-8408 I'm under the impression this maybe a scam. I've driven by and the residents didn't seem to know what I was talking about. Just concerning that this might be a scam that is taken money in donations when they don't have a church in place.
