Sold defective/improper bulbs; Terrible customer service with refunds

Sells bulbs that are generic and did not work in my projector; They continued to make it overheat and shutdown. Upon returning for a refund would not offer full payment when both bulbs were sent back and the customer service representatives rush you off the phone and all they say is sorry. I attempted to callback this company to further address the refund issue and they would not answer my calls. Would not recommend.
