Your service dept. needs to improve its customer service. Many times I have called for an appt. only to have a return call hours later if they call back at all. In January of this year, I called several times to make an appt. and no answer. I had to go to the dealership to do this. Today I had car in for a new battery and told them that bracket to hold the battery in was on the front seat. When I pulled out the bracket was still on the seat. I know that the attendant was not paying much attention to what I was telling him. I have bought many cars and trucks from this dealership, but if this practice continues I will be looking at other places to buy a car or truck.
