Lesson learned never to book a flight through this company again.

I was told by a co-worker that she heard that the pricing was good. I scheduled a trip for 3 of my family & myself to fly from Ohio to San Francisco. CA. I tried to inform them that my layover was only a 1/2 hour could they please adjust. They informed me no changes are allowed at all. Suggested I call TSA which told me I would have to book with them. Meaning $1,084. I'm praying on December 1st we can get to the second flight without a nightmare on our hands. I called myself booking early to be smart.... only if I had known. Lesson learned never to book a flight through this company again.

LBF travel owes me $1,215.76 and won't refund the money

I booked a flight with Smart travel, which in turn is LBF travel inc, and they booked the flight through Spirit airlines. I canceled the reservations within two hours due to a date dispute. Spirit airlines keeps telling me that I have to contact LBF travel for my refund money, which I have tried to do several times, only to get a recording that "the extension I am trying to reach is unavailable. The total refund is $1,215.76 .
