NEVER ORDER PRODUCT FROM LEGACY BRASS

I purchased over $10K in parts and materials from Legacy Brass, through a distributor when it was family owned in California. It has been sold to a Texas company. My distributor refuses to work with Legacy Brass (California Faucets) because they never return phone calls. I have been trying unsuccessfully to order replacement parts for several shower/tub sets and handles as most of these parts have broke and/or fallen apart since i purchased them in 2009. They have never responded to email, phone calls, faxes once. And their phone numbers listed are in a loop. I am thinking I will file a small claims suit in California because If I cannot get replacement parts, which I have a warranty for, I will need to tear holes in all of my walls and replace our Pressure Balanced Tub/Shower valve. NEVER USE LEGACY BRASS.!!!!!!!!!
