To get Them to do what they are hired to do and take better care of their patients

Ben dealing with Lynn care for a few years can't get direct answers tell you something different every time you call. They lie on the phone Can't get my medical supplies

I would like the company to pay attention to us that can't breathe without oxygen

I'm on portable oxygen tanks . I have been for close to 10 years. My delivery day is on Thursday . The regular driver was sick , No one came out to deliver for 5 days. When I called they said they only had 4 drivers for my area . What was I supposed to do, stop breathing until they delivered?? I have a concentrator that I use while in the house but this was Easter weekend . I couldn't go anywhere without tanks . Think this is a terrible way to run s business . It's a matter of breathing . I was so aggravated!! I'm not sure if anything can be done but I'm just trying to not have this happen again. Thank you for your help.
