Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. LAIRS

This company is the worst company to get involved with period. I paid them have receipts from them that was paid in full and they still stole my truck. As they did this to many others just research then and find out for yourself. I usually never write a negative comment about a company even if I didn't recieved good service. I have to tell the truth about Wilshire so maybe I can prevent someone else of getting robbed.
