Lomeli Photography reviews

I am pleased with my photos, but the service made me feel terrible & I am sorry that I paid them to be rude to me.

My school has a contract with Lomeli Photography, so for my senior pictures I had to drive to the studio. There was traffic so I showed up for my 11:30 appointment SEVEN minutes late. The woman at the front desk was so ungracious to me and accused me of being late, saying that they would only have time to take one set of pictures for me (when I was scheduled for two set of photos). After she had finished scolding me for arriving to my appointment late, she asked me to sit and wait for the photographer to get ready. So this place not only makes you feel like you are a waste of their time, they make you wait around for them to get ready. But by 11:40 I was in the studio getting my photo taken; I cannot complain about the quality of the photographers, because my photos were done quickly and turned out beautifully. After I had chosen the best photo from the 10 or 12 that the woman shot of me, they literally kicked me out. There was still a solid 12 minutes of my appointment: plenty of time for my second set of photos to be taken. Yet they insisted that I was interfering with their next appointment (at 12 o'clock).
